California White Sage is a favorite when clearing and releasing energy from a space.
To use, burn the end of one sage smudge stick until there is a small flame. Blow out the flame, allowing smoke to rise from the stick. Place smoking stick in a heatproof container, like a bowl or our albacore shell. Do not leave unattended while burning. Stick may be used multiple times.
