Palo Santo, or "Holy Wood," is a sacred fragrance tree found in South America with a warm scent similar to Frankincense and Myrrh. When burned, Palo Santo can be used to clear negative energy and help the mind and body relax. It can enhance concentration and can be used during meditation.
To use, burn the end of one stick until there is a small flame. Let the flame burn for 20-30 seconds before blowing it out and allowing smoke to rise from the stick. Place smoking stick in a heatproof container, like a bowl or our albacore shell. Do not leave unattended while burning. Stick may be used multiple times.
